Coping with stress isn’t an easy thing to do especially when you are changing into a mature adult. It requires patience and persistence as well as an understanding about your mental and physical needs, which change as you age. I must comment that as a psychic, I have to dodge a lot of negative energy and embrace the positive energy. There are times when I am sitting in a place where there is so much negative energy that my sponge-like brain absorbs all of it; and, then it can retain and replay it back for several years. This is why a lot of my stress relieving activities involve managing my energy levels.
Here are some stress relieving activities I employ to beat stress:
- Avoid false friends
- Dream a lot
- Stitch clothes
- Play board games like chess or checkers
- Bathe
- Massage sensitive areas of my body including legs, feet, and scalp
- Sleep after turning on my Oil Diffuser
- Hang out with my close friends
- Take a nap
- Write creative prose or poetry
- Act out dialogues from one of my written pieces
- Read my favorite authors’ works
- View videos of my favorite celebrities, speakers, or professors
- Visit my friends’ Facebook
- Organize my room
- Let my room get dirty sometimes (a tigress lives here and she likes prowling in dirt)
- Walk in the neighborhood or parks
- Play origami
- Apply makeup and skin care products to my face, body, and feet
- Create content for my blogs
- Pray to God
- Help out needy people like the homeless
- Eat fruits and vegetables
- Drink various herbal teas or Aloe Vera juice
- Meditate
- Use energy from my hands to relieve stress
- Exercise or learn Martial Arts
- Dance on my favorite songs
- Enjoy myself at a Waterpark
- Play Golf, Badminton, or Frisbee
- Listen to music
- Watch movies
- Visit libraries, museums, art galleries, haunted places, or historic places
- Attend Meetups
- Enjoy vacations
- Drive my car
- Play with shadows that are created on the wall by using my hands or feet
- Daydream when I am fatigued or fresh
