Oil Therapy For Hair

I have always used oil on my scalp and hair. When I was younger, I used to put lots of il in my hair and then fall asleep. I used to wash it the next day! When I grew older, I learned that it is best to leave it for only 40 minutes or an hour. I was not satisfied with using only one kind of oil for this small duration. So I decided to mix the oils. Right now, I am wearing three oils in my hair: Amla oil, Coconut Oil, and Olive Oil. Read “These 5 hair oils will cure your hair problems”. I feel great! These oils are not that expensive and they last for pretty long. Oils when applied to hair also relax you since scalp massage allows for blood circulation. You should try oil therapy too!

In addition, sometimes do something interesting while wearing the oil otherwise this activity can become very boring. I mean who wants to smell that many hair oils! Today, I burned Lavendar essential oil, which helped me become calm. Read “A Beginner’s Guide To Using Essential Oils With Confidence”.
